Before becoming a Realtor, Margaret spent decades working in rehabilitation and senior care as an occupational therapist. That experience shaped her understanding of mobility, safety, aging, caregiving, and the emotional realities families face during major life transitions.
Over time, Margaret saw how overwhelming housing decisions could become for seniors and their families. Real estate was only one piece of a much larger transition involving emotions, logistics, relationships, finances, and future planning.
Senior Housing Guides was created to provide calm, practical guidance through those decisions.
Margaret works with seniors and families throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Odessa, Trinity, Palm Harbor, New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and surrounding communities.
